Leverage on real stocks. Your liquidation price stays private.
Post NVDA, SPY or SPCX as collateral and borrow USDG from one lender, not a pool. Every position opens from a wallet made for it alone.
A desk between two people.
The protocol never holds the money. USDG goes from the lender to the borrower in one transfer and the collateral sits in the contract until repay or close-out. No pool, no utilization curve, nobody else's loan attached to yours.
Lend
You price your own risk: ticker, size, rate, the LTV at which the position is closed out, expiry. You sign the offer off chain and pay nothing until a borrower takes it. The desk's cut is shown on the offer before you sign.
Borrow
You hold a tokenized stock and want size without selling it. You post it, take a lender's offer, and walk away with USDG in a wallet that has no history. No sign-up, no form, no custody of your keys.
Read from the chain, including the ones that say no.
Every ticker with a Chainlink price feed on Robinhood Chain, sized by what the deepest USDG pool can absorb inside a 2% price impact budget. Some have no depth worth liquidating into, and the count moves week to week. We will not lend against those, and we say why.

Every other lender here will let you open a position it cannot close.
A liquidation is a sale, in this chain's own venue, against whatever depth is there on the day. We measured the deepest NVDA pool at 13,260 NVDA on 20 September and 7,261 two days later. A 45% fall in the only place a liquidation can happen, and nothing anywhere on this chain says so.
So we take what the deepest pool absorbs inside 2% impact, divide by the leverage, and that is the ceiling. Ask for more and the number comes back smaller, with the reason attached.
Four moves.
The order is the mechanism. A signed offer, a taken offer, a watched position, an ending.
A lender signs an offer
Ticker, size, rate, liquidation LTV, expiry. Signed off chain, so it costs nothing until somebody takes it.
A borrower takes it
Collateral goes into the contract, USDG goes from lender to borrower in one transfer. Nothing pools.
The feed watches it
Only tickers with a Chainlink feed are accepted. Feeds go quiet on weekends by design; a close-out still works, a new loan waits for a fresh price.
It ends one of two ways
The borrower repays and takes the collateral to any address, or the position goes under and a liquidator closes it out, pays the lender, and the surplus goes back to the borrower.
Three things nobody can read.
The chain still sees a wallet, a collateral and a loan. What it cannot do is connect them to you, size you up, or find the price that closes you out.
Your size
Every position is its own wallet, so the chain sees many small records and no way to add yours up.
Your stop
The liquidation price is computed in your browser from the feed and never written to a public position record.
Your link
When you close, the collateral leaves through an address that is not the one that funded the position.
Private from the chain, not from us. The desk's own engine sees every position, because something has to run the close-out. Privacy here is unlinkability, not secrecy.
A broker is cheaper. This is for when you cannot use one.
A margin account at a broker costs a fraction of this. RobinLend is for two kinds of people, and it says so rather than hide it.
It is for you if
- you are outside the United States and cannot open a margin account on NVDA, TSLA or SPY without a broker,
- you already hold these tokens on chain and want size without selling,
- you would pay for a position nobody can read.
It is not for you if
- you can open a broker margin account, which is cheaper,
- you need a ticker on the declined list,
- you expect the desk not to see your position. It does; the chain does not.
